Proceedure for Coaches Rescheduling a Rain-out

If a game is rained out or needs to be rescheduled, the process is as follows:

- Coaches talk to each other within 48 hours to agree upon a date/time/location (must be within the home town) to reschedule.
Game should be rescheduled within a week and must be within two weeks or the scheduler will reschedule
- Call the new schedule information into the Hotline: (630) 585-3731, Option 3.
- The scheduler will review and confirm.
- The Master Schedule will be updated.
- An email will then be generated confirming the change.
